Managers and admins
Managers see and message only their own team. Admins see everyone.
Company code
IT enters this code when setting up the app on a laptop. Share it only with IT.
—
A new code doesn't affect laptops that are already connected.
App protection password
The laptop app can only be stopped or uninstalled with this password. The employee will see "Contact your administrator". Only you hold it — the server keeps a scrambled copy, never the password itself.
Takes effect on online laptops at once; offline ones get it when they reconnect.
Laptop app updates
Checking…
Laptops update by themselves from the server. Nobody needs to bring their laptop in.
